How can I make a purchase?
To place an order, you can use our various online platforms via Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Messenger and through our Mandala Sky website. For your convenience, you can also visit us at our store in Downey where one of our team members will gladly assisit you.
What type of drawing do you make on your balloons?
We try our best to draw any type of images (cartoon only). For a specific image that you would like us to draw, please send us a message and we'll gladly notify if possible to be made and its related cost. Your satisfaction is our focus and we'll work to make your special day be even better!
Do you ship your products?

How many days do I have to return a product?
All items are final sale, as they are personalized and customized to every client. For any questions or concerns, please feel free to send us a message.
What are the prices of your giant balloons?
The prices of our balloons can vary depending on the color, design, theme, size, dimensions, etc. Prices for all balloon arrangements previously made by our balloon artists should be placed in our website. To get a personalized quote, you can contact us through our different mediums.
How long can a personalized balloon last?
There is a variable duration with our products. Have in consideration that balloons are a delicate product, and need to be treated with care.
What payment platforms do you use?
We work with various in-store and online platforms to make your purchase process much easier. In our store you can pay via cash, debit or credit card. Additionally, we use online platforms such as Venmo, Cash App, Chase Quick Pay, Square and PayPal.
How much time in advance should I place my order?
We open our calendar on a monthly basis, therefore we recommend placing your order as soon as our calendar is uploaded via our social media platforms. Feel free to send us a message to know more about our availability.
What is your delivery range?
At the moment, we only offer deliveries within a 30 mile radius from our store in Downey. In order to guarantee the quality of our products we have decided this a considerable distance to keep our products at their standard.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes, if you cancel your order with at least more than a week in advance, we will gladly refund you for the amount paid.
If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled date, we will either refund 50% of the amount paid or offer you a full store credit for another occassion.
